1. www.ourbusinessworld.com is a completly advertising programme.

2. The main aim to promote all business programs & products of our services.

3. The main role of our members is to promote all advertising matters which we provide to online classified websites.

4. The Members are not employee of USARP Media Group, but are appointed as a freelance worker for the same.

5. Payments to the members will be calculated as per the work option they selected.

6. This Agreement works between USARP Media Group, Kaithal, India & the undersigned the Member.

7. Specific working criteria have been fixed for the OurBusinessWorld.com members.

8. The member should post Ad matters as given by us.

9. Do not publish the Ad in Cgi, Blogs, forum or any sub domains otherwise the publish will be cancel.

10. A single / particular Ad should not be repeated in the same website within a time span of 30 days, or else it won't be counted. The links that ends with the Words like Search Ads / Display Ads / Post Ads will not be considered liable to draw any renumeration.

11. As per your Designation, you'll be paid per successful Ad posted by you. Successful Ad means Ad which is correctly posted on a Classified Website (minimum Page Rank 1 or more) under suitable category, description, Ad matter, UMG e-mail, website address & other relevant information's will only be considered.

12. Ad's which are wrongly posted will not be considered & no payment will be made for the same.

13. Ad's which are repeatedly posted in same website will not be counted & No payment will be made.

14. Ad's which are posted but having spelling mistakes and error in e-mail addresses or website addresses too will not be considered.

15. When we will check the report we just click the links of your report page. After open the page if ad matter will show then we will pay for that publishing, otherwise not.

16. In case if we found that you are posting Ads using some software, or manipulating details, or altering ad matter, or doing any harmful/illegal operations that can generate more money without putting Ads, than your account will be immediately closed without any prior notice of the same.

17. Your payment will be released in the last week of every month. Cheque / Fund Transfer will be issued to you only when your account reaches or crosses a monthly income of Rs.500/-, if in a particular month your account balance is below Rs.500/- than that amount will be carry forwarded to the next month. Monthly payment is counted from 1st of every month to 30th/31st of the same month. Payment is to be done only in the name of the candidate or his bank Account only. Payment is non-transferable.

18. Non receipt of Cheque, we issue cheque in the name of candidate only to the postal address. All payments are sent in the last week of every month by Indian Speed Post /Courier only, which may take around 3-7 days to reach destinations. In case, if you don't receive cheque till 29th of particular month than you can ask us to reissue a new cheque which will be sent to you immediately within 3 working days.
