GENERAL TERMS

1. To become a member of our team you must be at least 18 years of age.

2. Basic knowledge of computer and internet operations is necessary.

3. Sub-Contract of this work is strictly prohibited.

4. Registration Fee Charged is a one-time fee and completely non-refundable. Registration should be made only according to the Registration details and instructions given by OurBusinessWorld.com. We will not be responsible for any error made by you in the Registration procedures.

5. After paying the Registration fees you have to download the Membership Form from OurBusinessWorld.com website in which you will have to submit your Personal details, Payment details and Method by which you want to receive your payments etc. You are solely responsible for all the informations provided, We will not be responsible that if they are invalid. This is a very important step without this we cannot confirm your payment.

Note: Multiple submissions of Registration Form filled and received from the same Customer will result in confusion and may result in disqualification.

6. It may take 3 or more working / business days for us to confirm your payment depending on the mode of Payment you have made us. As soon as we confirm your Payment, we will send to you Membership Package by Email with all the necessary details to start the work within 2 to 3 working / business days.

7. The system of payments is generally on monthly basis. No fixed amount of monthly stipend / salary is paid by us. Individuals are eligible to receive the pay on a basis based on mutual agreement. The number of entry the form / assignment completed as per instructions. There is no fixed pay and the payments are based on work done successfully. The amount different with membership, work done etc.

8. We'll not be responsible for your earnings, it depends upon your own efforts.Your Earnings depend upon the number of correct ad posting and the Membership Package taken by you.

9. If there is any Technical Problem, until we solve it you have to co-operate with us.

10. All work assigned registered members has to be carried out online. It is advisable to have your own personal Computers at home / access to any computers / Cyber Cafe but it has to be with internet connection. Those who do not have Personal computer at home may work from any Internet cafe.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Your Account will be immediately terminated without any prior notice if any of the following happens,

Registered members will be required to Entry the form on the Internet on behalf of ourbusinessword.com or on behalf of its clients, as per the schedule prescribed and against periodic instructions to be issued by the Company. All entry the forms are to be done manually and individuals are to keep track of the number of posting, sites etc as per the assignment and the details of the entry has to be maintained. No software to be used for entry of subject matter. Executives must work themselves. They cannot employ/ hire individuals to work on their behalf. All new members must go through the rules and regulations of the company.

1. If you use any illegal ways to earn money.

2. If any member violates the Terms & Conditions of OurBusinessWorld.com.

3. If you had not earned anything continuously for 2 months.

PAYMENT TERMS

1. Minimum Payout Rs.500/-.

2. Your payment will be sent to you every month.

3. If you wish you can Change your Minimum Payout Amount from Rs.500 to Rs.10,000 or more by sending a "MINIMUM PAYOUT CHANGE REQUEST" Email to us.

4. Payment will be made according to the Payment Method you choose. You can change your Payment Method anytime by sending a "PAYMENT METHOD CHANGE REQUEST" Email to us.

5. Once Payment is processed will not be cancelled.

6. We will not be responsible if Payee Name, Bank Name, Branch Name, Bank A/C No., Payable City, Payment Address or any other detail is incorrect.

7. Payment charges will be deducted from your Account balance.

8. No arguments will be entertained once the payment is made.

PAYMENT MODES

Payments will be processed according to the Payment Mode that you choose.

CASH DEPOSIT / ONLINE TRANSFER:

Payment will be Transferred Online directly to your Bank Account. A Minimum Payout of Rs.500/- is Required.

The Company will not be held liable / responsible for any illegal action, claims, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses for others. We provide work opportunity only.

Any claim or controversy arising out of or relating to use of or membership made through this site shall be resolved under the Kaithal, Haryana, India Jurisdiction.

We have complete rights to change the Terms & Conditions and Instructions of work without prior notice.
